Tracey Rach serves as the District Coordinator for the Cecil Soil Conservation District, a position she assumed in 2023 after serving as the District’s Financial Coordinator since September 2017. She earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Baltimore County and brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, bookkeeping, computer operations, and customer service.

In addition to her role with the District, Tracey has serves as Treasurer of the Cecil County Agricultural Education Planning Association for the past three years. Her work with the Cecil Soil Conservation District has provided her with the opportunity to reconnect with her agricultural roots while supporting conservation and agricultural education initiatives throughout Cecil County.

Tracey grew up in Glen Arm, Maryland, where she was actively involved in 4-H, exhibiting dairy goats and competing in public speaking contests. Her early agricultural experiences also included working on a local farm, harvesting produce, and assisting with farmers markets in Baltimore City and Towson.

Today, Tracey remains passionate about agriculture, conservation, and community engagement. When she is not at the District, she enjoys camping and spending time at the beach with her husband, Carl, and their sons, Garrett and Michael.
