Elizabeth is an NRCS affiliate employed by Western Maryland RC&D. She works in the Cecil, Harford, and Kent County USDA offices handling administrative functions relating to federal conservation programs like EQIP, CSP, and AMA. Elizabeth holds her Bachelor’s in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland.
